This is the tastiest, fruitest, quickest most delicious Raspberry Jam you will ever taste.
You will need 450g of Raspberries and 450g of sugar.
Place sugar in an oven proof dish, and place in the oven on a very low temperature to heat up. About 15 minutes.
Remove the dish from the oven and add the raspberries, and squash together till the sugar as disappeared.
Add to heated jars and seal.
It will not keep as long as conventional jam, but, then again you’ll be eating it up that quickly, it will not be in the fridge long anyway!!
