MIGNONETTE ( Shallot Vinaigrette )

Fresh Oysters with Mignonette (Shallot Vinaigrette) are truly one of life’s little luxuries. The contrast of creamy, briny oyster flesh with a tangy vinaigrette is a match made in culinary heaven and one I find completely irresistible

INGREDIENTS

1 shallot finely chopped
2 teaspoons of sugar
6 tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar

METHOD

Mix the shallot, with the sugar, add the red wine vinegar. Add a little pepper.

Allow to sit for 10 minutes.  serve.
