INGREDIENTS
1 shallot finely chopped
2 teaspoons of sugar
6 tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
METHOD
Mix the shallot, with the sugar, add the red wine vinegar. Add a little pepper.
Allow to sit for 10 minutes. serve.
