This lime and Vodka Granita recipe is the perfect adults-only treat, we just love to serve it with Oysters.
You can also serve it as a palette cleanser between courses as we did one Christmas Day. Either way enjoy
INGREDIENTS
500 ml Water
100 ml Vodka
80g of caster sugar
3 limes zested and juice
METHOD
Add all ingredients and bring to the boil. Strain, then leave to cool. Put into a plastic flat box and put into the freezer.
Freeze for about 3-4 hours and stir with a fork at least every hour.
When you are ready to serve, give it another fork through.
